Paying by credit / debit card
Pay Pal option is available if buyer wish to pay using credit or debit card and will make the payment through the secure online payment basket provided by PayPal. PayPal is an online payments service provider, please see www.paypal.co.uk for further information.

Delivery price is included in the price of the painting.  If you are able to make a pickup then please contact artist directly to arrange this.

Neither Artumi nor the artists featured at Artumi.me.uk have access to any credit / debit card details.

If your preferred method of payment is by cheque or other then contact Artumi who will advise you the next steps.

Shopping terms and privacy statements
Artumi provides standard shopping terms and privacy statements and each artist will be notified through Artumi of any interested sales from clients.  All artists showcasing through Artumi is responsible for their own delivery terms and conditions and therefore Artumi cannot be held responsible for any sales taking place through Artumi.  This is how it works: Once the interest is shown by Client, Arumi will forward email contact to relevant Artist who then advise and guide the client through to sale of their art wor.  Should the Artist wish to use the online PayPal account, Artumi will forward any transaction amount to Artist’s preferred account together with Pay Pal receipt.

Artumi monitors all work submitted for any misuse or inappropriate materials as well as quality of work.  All Artumi pages are therefore subject to approval prior to them appearing on the live website and Artumi reserve the right to edit or remove any submitted item.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Artumi reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and post a new version on the website. The new version will take effect from the time of posting on the site.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
All prices includes delivery and P&P handling and if you are purchasing art online then Artumi is giving you Pay Pal handling fees FREE of charge.  You can purchase any art that does NOT have ‘Sold’ sign.  If you are interested in sold work then contact Artumi.

DELIVERY
Delivery is costed on an individual basis and standard delivery will be via Recorded Delivery. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation is availabe for any reason should wish to cancel your order, please notify This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it immediately.  Upto 7 days allowed from the time of your order.  

Full refund will be given in the same format that you paid for the goods.  If you have already received the goods, see Refund policy below.

REFUND
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, 14 days money back guarantee will apply from the day you have received the goods.  Goods must be in same condition as it was when sent to you and must be handled with reasonable care when returned to sender.  Buyer is responsbile for damage/loss occurring as a result of lack-of care taken to send the goods back to the Artist.

FAULTY GOODS
Artumi recommends that you check your purchased item on arrival carefully and inform Artumi of any fault.  Your statutory rights as a consumer will apply in such instant and you will be refunded fully.

INFORMATION
Artumi will need your details such as Name, Home Address, Telephone Number for sale processing.  Should you wish to pay via cheque or other method of payment then juct contact Artumi stating the name of art work and artist’s name.

SAFE ORDERING
As part of our ordering process is necessary to provide your name and address as well as a phone number. The artist requires your address for delivery purposes and your phone number in case of a need to contact you.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY
Please visit www.paypal.co.uk to review the security terms and conditions.  Neither Artumi nor its members will be able view your entry details with Pay Pal.

E-MAIL
Artumi is set up by Kumi Rajagopal who is the sole receipient of all emails relating enquiries at Artumi.  The relevant artist in relations to the enquiry will be notified at the earliest convenience.
