Artist's Description One of a series of pictures done after a trip with the school I work at to the ski centre of Claviere in the Italian Alps. A good example of a painting which had reached the ‘rough in ‘ stage then was considered finished as adding anyting else might spoil it. This happens often! I liked the way the clouds were just lifting from the distant mountain tops before the Sun came out.
